  1. BOOKING – a booking contract is concluded. The contract enters into force upon signature and receipt of the booking fee of EUR 2000. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. LOAN AGREEMENT – a notarised contract of sale and purchase that agrees on the interior finishes, completion date and price of the apartment. The lien agreement is a 15% deposit on the purchase price. The contract can be concluded in a notary’s office or by remote consultation. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. CUSTOMER CONTRACT – signed after the completion of the apartment and the buyer has to pay the remaining 85% of the purchase price. Prior to the conclusion of the contract, an inspection of the apartment is carried out, any defects are fixed and the deadlines for their rectification are set. The apartment is covered by a minimum two-year guarantee. The detailed conditions are all set out in the contract and all the instructions will be given to the buyer after the purchase. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
