The basic plan of the building is based on modern architecture, without copying the old one, but taking into account the neighbourhood of Kalamaja, which is worthy of a milieu value. In the street space, there will be a smooth transition from the historic building stock to the new building, which will blend into the existing milieu while offering the advantages of a modern building. The project was designed by Inga Raukas and Liisi V\u00e4hi of Alliance Architects. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

NIINE 11a is a stone house with exterior walls finished with monochrome fa\u00e7ade panels. The house has triple wooden-framed windows. The building has one underground floor and four ground floors. On the ground floor there are storage rooms for the two apartments, a utility room and a storage room for bicycles and trolleys for public use. The building has one staircase and a lift for easy movement between floors. A car lift will be installed in the garage.
